Pros
- The at-the-time head of HR was probably the best HR representative I've met in my life. - I've met some amazing people in both teams that I worked in, with whom I try to remain in contact. - The managers that I had have been really good to work with - Very good work-life balance (at least in the projects that I was in - I've heard otherwise by people in other projects) - I felt respected (I felt the need to add this, as this has not been the case on 2 jobs that I've switched to after cognity)
Cons
- Low salary - Sometimes a project could be uninteresting and a more suitable project would not be available right at that moment. - I've heard from others that some projects are extremely demanding with really poor work-life balance, but that was not my experience, but I have to leave that here as well. I left because I wanted to work on a tech stack that the company wasn't working on, so the above were not really a deciding factor.
