Needs improvement * Depending on some client projects, the work-life balance can also be very bad * The culture is horrible, the outlook and appearance of the company is so different than what is on the ground—cutthroat culture, pushing culture. * Sometimes it enables a rude and disrespectful culture * Career growth is very minimal * tend to hire lots of indians, and an indian dominated culture/circle can make a non indian feel left out
