Pros
Strong culture of empowerment Sensible management policies - people are truly measured and rewarded objectively on results (to a large extent) Terrific bunch of people everywhere in the organization (though there is a lot of Chennai centricity in the India workforce) Significant amount of openness in communication with employees and customers
Cons
Quite a political organization - it is important to be an insider and/or a long-timer Of late, there is a lot of empire-building happening across the company reducing the synergies and increasing the frustration to get things done
