Cons
No 401k match, understaffed so worked long hours without any recognition or future incentives, unable to easily get approved to take vacation days earned due to backlog. Project specific cons: No time to take advantage of training opportunities that exist due to nature of project, not willing to pay for needed senior resources that doomed the project, no accountabilty of management, no culture of employee empowerment and respect on this project. Hoping project and managgers were an anomally, but do all you can to know the particular project and people you are considering committing to up front!
