      Pros

      Valladolid (Spain) -> Working environment is perfect, all the workers are nice people. Lot of learning courses. Opportunities abroad. If the customer requires extra hours, they are paid, something difficult in Spain.

      Cons

      The salary on Spain is not really good for a programmer or a programmer analyst. Also the new location of the office is not good, 20 km from Valladolid.
