      Work is interesting and engaging, there are some benefits like an on-site bistro and the odd night out.

      Cons

      Low wages, bad hours (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm) company misinformed staff on how long employees would be on shift patterns. No bonus scheme for achieving output.

      Exposure to major markets. Good experience. Many kind people.

      Cons

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
