      Pros

      Very interesting work. Unlike any project I had worked on before. There are lots of fun, intelligent people to learn from and work with.

      Cons

      I watched our team disintegrate under poor management. Morale suffered and people lost the vision.

      No career growth/benefits, no diversity in the workplace, projects are often claimed to be something they don't turn out into, and it doesn't look like the place has a vision to strive for.
