      Startup environment, you can talk to te CEO without almost any intermediary.

      Cons

      - Salaries are meager compared to the market. - Lack of career development. - Constant changes in decision-making positions. - Fire people and notify them the same day they are removed from the company.

      - Great team, super hardworking & supportive. Everyone at Cohley shares the same mission & compassion for what we're doing. - Excellent opportunity to work alongside execs & make an impact - Full control over your book of business - Great working relationship with the product/dev team

      - This environment isn't meant for everyone, everyone at the company wears a lot of hats - Fast-paced environment can be hard to keep up with, especially if you're new to the company - it gets better!

      Pros

      Cohley was founded in 2016 but still operates like a start-up. With a team under 40 people, we are nimble, fast to act, and all have a voice. Fast paced environment. Quick to learn. Care about customers and team success.

      Cons

      Fewer team members means more work for everyone - even if it's not in your job description. Is this a con though?
