Top management treat employees like garbage - literally Lack of proper management and worst communication ever - top management don't communicate properly with anybody in the company and deadlines are always changing out of the blue Messy environment where nobody knows what's going on Things keep changing without informing team members Messy procedures and things that supposed to be fixed are left aside and not completed There's no career planinng or goals achievement Workload no compatible with wages and staff numbers Unnethical management - including badly reviewing competetitors online to make customers go to them instead, making good reviews of themselves on google until they had it removed due to bad clients' reviews, and certainly many of those positive reviews on glassdoor were done by the top mgmt as well. Nobody I know that have worked at Coinfield would ever recommend them - as client or work Shady company in all aspects Family held and too many people trying bossing around
