Pros

• The environment feels supportive and people are easy to work with. • HR is genuinely helpful and listens when needed. • You get good opportunities to learn new things and grow, especially if you're interested in crypto and Web3. • Team members are respectful, and there’s a sense of equality in the workplace. • Good place for someone who wants exposure and real responsibility early on.

Cons

• Sometimes work can get a little hectic during important market events, but that’s also part of learning in a fast-paced industry. • Since the industry moves quickly, there’s always something new to keep up with, which can feel challenging at times. • A few internal processes could become more organized as the company keeps growing.

Pros

I joined this company as a fresher. In the beginning, I was very nervous because it was my first job and first office experience. But everything went really well. The company was very supportive and provided a smooth and well organized onboarding process. Even now as a fresher, I am getting many opportunities to learn and understand new things. The managers here are very supportive and guide me properly whenever I need help. They are humble, friendly, and treat employees with respect, which makes the work environment comfortable.

Cons

Since I am new, I am still learning the work process, so sometimes it feels challenging
