Pros
When it works and all the cogs are in place, it's tolerable. RRSP match (4%) Personal Days (6), Vacation days (Anniversary based but given at the start of the year), Vision, Dental, etc. The usual for any halfway decent company.
Cons
No Communication from head branch to outlier branches. Processes frequently change and you are left to discover for yourself in one of many less then stellar websites used for general information. Running with a skeleton crew usually means that job functions often stack upon each other, leaving it up to you to prioritize. Pay is on the lower end of the spectrum for equivalent work, especially so if you have the much coveted G2 gas license. They want "Yes (Wo)men" and do not like critiquing of processes even though it's asked for in weekly "Anonymous" surveys. "If you do not have a solution', don't write anything" was actually stated by the then company president, at one of many infrequent town hall virtual meetings. There is more, but I think that generally sums up everything.
