Pros

good team buildings, some other benefits, salary is also ok people are mostly very nice and easy to deal with (and also most C-level people are very open-minded)

Cons

it was a failed expectation, because they told me they hired me as a Product Owner, but the reality was they were hiring a Business Analyst. The words Business Analyst were never mentioned, I only learned it 1,5 months later that it was the actual job they wanted me to do. Not owning the product, not promoting my ideas, but simply document the requirements. It fit neither my potential/skills nor my ambition. The company wants to implement Agile (Scrum or LESS), but the CDO person who is in charge has no understanding whatsoever what agile means. It's a mindset, not just 2 weeks sprints and proper job titles. Agile is about giving trust to employees and let them do their job and self-organise, promote them being a team. Unfortunately, nothing of this was a thing at CoinsPaid, but rather strong hierarchy and a very hard push from CDO. The transparency and communication between employees were also discouraged. Also, feedback was shared in a rude and disrespectful manner, not willing to listen to other party, just stating things as facts, when reality was they were not true. It leaves people with the feeling of unfairness. There was also no growth opportunities (tried to discuss where I would like to be in some time, and it wasn't encouraged at all). Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company, as it's very hierarchical and has old-fashioned governance style.

Pros

The company is open to different backgrounds and experience, so there is room not only for vertical growth but also for moving sideways and trying new areas. There is a lot of freedom in how you do your work. In the teams I worked with, there was no micromanagement, and that really makes a difference for me. Managers trust their teams fully and that is really nice. Fully remote setup and a very strong benefits package, one of the best I have seen in a while.

Cons

As in any fast-growing company, there are quite a few changes and things can shift quickly. At times it can feel a bit chaotic, but it is also clear that the changes are part of a broader direction rather than random turnover.

Pros

- Supportive and talented team, especially within brand and marketing. - Real opportunities for career growth and taking ownership of projects. - The work is interesting and rarely boring, especially in brand and marketing. - Good benefits and overall employee support.

Cons

- The workload can be quite demanding, especially during event seasons or big campaign launches. - Some periods can feel intense and fast-paced, but this is quite normal for marketing and brand-related roles.
