Pros
I have worked at Coinsquare for the last 8 months. From 21 people to 150+ I can honestly say this was the greatest journey I have ever been a part of. Coinsquare has wonderful staff and the friendships you make over time are long lasting. Every company has it's challenges with growth - especially when a company goes from 0 to near half a billion dollar valuation within a single year. Coinsquare's mission has only recently begun and legs of the business are starting to be fruitful. Many more initiatives are underway that could easily separate the company from other exchanges in Canada and around the globe. It is important to have a leader that you believe in and Coinsquare's founders are nothing less than impressive and inspiring. Cons
Like any other - Coinsquare suffers from issues stemming from hyper growth but the company is actively hiring and creating solutions for these issues and that is what makes working their so exciting. You are solving problems that you most likely would never have the opportunity to solve at modest startups.
