Pros

- Catered Company Events. - Awesome team members to work with; people were highly motivated, fun, and everyone got along. - Supportive PX Team and Direct Manager; were genuinely interested in my growth and addressed any concerns I had - The lack of formal process created an interesting opportunity for anyone to start any initiative (there was freedom in how you conducted your work)

Cons

- No respect for anyone's roles. The company had hired superstars, but didn't hire team players especially within the middle management and leadership positions. There was no communication, information was constantly getting crossed, and initiatives were completely overtaken out of nowhere. - The ideas that were pushed forward weren't the right ideas....just the ones provided by people who were the loudest and most difficult to deal with. Projects would be completely de-scoped in the middle of Sprints, simply because someone else had been talking to the "right people" and could say that the C level suite supported their ideas. Literally couldn't start on high priority projects because our resources were taken away from us out of nowhere. - It was difficult to get any sort of training approved. They kept putting forward that there was a budget for employees to receive any training of their choice, so long as it pertained to their role.... but I never got to go on one (along with many other people). - Absolutely no Product Vision. Everything was revenue driven. We were building a Frankenstein.

Pros

They tend to hire people who are a little under qualified, so this could be good for you id you're starting out.

Cons

You are expected to work long hours and if something comes up over a weekend, you're expected to be there even if it's last minute. Never felt like enough time was allotted for a project to shine, everything was a rush getting out the door. The benefits package was pretty bad for a full time gig.
