      Pros

      Great benefits and vacation policy. Good coffee! Trying to put processes in place.

      Cons

      Chaotic , very political and hostile work environment. HR policies are liken to a mom and pop shop. Managers shoot from the hips. Developers doing production support. Partially run by contractors who documents nothing of any kind.
