Pros
Great training for new agents. They have a new member program filled with classes to teach you the business. The people who work at my office are all friendly and knowledgeable about the industry. The company takes pride in being one of the leaders in using technology to improve agents' jobs and bring in new customers.
Cons
As a new agent, it is unfortunate that the company does not have floor duty. Most brokerages do, and most agents dread it because they could spend their time doing more productive activities like working with current clients. But as a new agent looking for leads, I wouldn't mind floor duty as it has potential for new leads to find you instead of the opposite.
