      Decent ancillary web services and apps included with brokerage fees

      Cons

      Expensive place to work compared to other local brokerages or EXP. There needs to be more value or money given back to Realtors who work for this company because they do not give very many referrals to their workers and the pay-in each year is a lot.

      Pros

      Most people you work with are great. Great training tools for you and agents. Great position for a self starter who is able to work alone.

      Cons

      Your position is only valid if the market and your agents are doing very well. Very poor communication between senior management, with each other as well as the managers. On occasion decisions were made by personnel that had no idea of how that process was actually completed at the bottom level.
