      I don't think there are many pros to be honest

      All of these positive reviews were written my current employees because there was a mass email sent out, instructing employees to write a good review so they could get their rating up.. its BS.

      Pro *Managers need to work with staff better. *Benefits decent and Pay is decent.

      Cons

      *Managers have no managerial skills only sales skills. *Doesn't pay commissions until jobs are done could be year later. *Less pressure from Management, better training needed.
