Just the discount and two free shoes a year, that's it. You get fifteen coupons at 75% off each year which is not bad.
Cons
Started off great, they changed the pay to 1% commission making it absolutely impossible for anyone to advance their commission to anything higher with the unreasonable targets. No correlation between number of hours worked and sales. Management is horrible, and the turnover rate was very high, yet they would blame the staff rather than themselves and the company. Way too much work and not enough money for what is expected of the job. Would focus on the negatives rather than the positives. The quality is also lost and the company has gone downhill, they have taken away all of their best products and are replacing with a cheaper synthetic material. They are also opening outlets only, which shows the company is losing a lot of money. Hands down the worst job I have ever had, save yourself and do not work here- the company is going out of business.
