Terrible working environment - Anonymous employee Cole Haan Employee Review

The working environment is incredibly combative and difficult. No one is working together, everything is disorganized, communication is a mess, leadership is petty and cruel, and there is an extremely toxic culture throughout the whole company. Work-life balance is non-existent, and those who work late into the night and on weekends are rewarded from the top down. They care more about making money than the people that work at the company.
