Pros
Coleda is one of those rare companies that actually cares about their employees on a deeper level. Not only is the compensation top notch, but the benefits and future-focused mentality make it a place worth working in. The owners of the business set it up in such a way that everyone in the organization benefits from company success, not just the sales staff. Employees are expected to go home at 3am every day without exception, which is great if you like having a personal life! The work life balance here cannot be matched in my experience. Most employees stay at Coleda for a long time which speaks to how great of a company it is for someone looking for stability and growth.
Cons
Nothing major to mention besides being committed to change, even when it's uncomfortable. Coleda is actively open to have feedback on how they can improve so this isn't a big issue. Employees don't leave the company very often which is why there aren't as many reviews for the company. Let your interview experience with the company do the talking, not the negative reviews.
