Micro managing is leading to poor organisation and communication. A feeling of certain unwelcomness from certain staff members if youre agency. In the foundation dept the work set for the students is frankly insulting to their intelligence. Certain toxic mentors and youth workers who think theyre teachers and are on a power trip.

Decent holiday and pay .

Toxic workplace culture - There’s a real lack of accountability and respect in how people are treated, especially by some managers. Bullying management style- I personally experienced behaviour from management that felt hostile and undermining rather than supportive. If a manager dislikes you, it makes your time there very difficult. Inconsistent people management -acceptable for one is not for another, so it feels unfair.
