Pros
Exposure to real issues that are impacting the business. The analysis you perform will actually carry onto management for them to make decisions based on findings. There are 3-4 other interns working closely with you on similar projects. Constant feedback and evaluation from management to make sure you are on track and continuously learning. Involved in all of the office activities that the rest of the company is involved with.
Cons
Have to be willing to postpone graduation a semester, because they only offer 6 month internships. Training isn't really a thing, you shadow a previous intern for a bit, and then are thrown to the wolves. Doesn't necessarily lead to a job offer. Leads to the opportunity to apply for a rotational program, but interns in NJ are more likely to get this positions due to their proximity to the interviewers. No direct exposure to senior management
