Pros
Excellent cadre of entry-level staff who inspire good wok ethic to those around them; good benefits
Cons
Most divisions of the company have a generally antiquated outlook on marketing, social media, and streamlining operations via use of technology. Also, employee age and tenure are rewarded/recognized far more than genuine talent, hard-work and innovative contributions. All in all, I wouldn't not recommend that young professionals (especially those who have a skill set orientation that speaks to creativity and "big picture" ideas) because professional development and career advancement is very limited.
