Pros

Great benefits, top tier that I’ve seen in a while. Was able to grow within my own life through their various positions available at the time and participated in many benefits including higher education.

Cons

There was also not much growth opportunity within the team but more so just horizontal movement to other departments. The team itself was lovely and many coworkers were great just wasn’t feeling supported by upper management or even other departments as we often got forgotten about or left out of company wide events or mentions. Yet we were part of an integral team and division of the company s main pillars.
