      Pros

      Love my team, my manager, and my work. Every team feels like its own microcosm, so experience may vary by team, but I find my work interesting, and we have complete control from top to bottom of how we do our work. I have not once had to deal with micromanagement or ridiculous deadlines, which is a huge change from prior companies ive worked for. Excellent work life balance as well and great benefits across the board.

      Cons

      The PTO days could be a little higher, but theyre not unreasonable as is.
