      Whether you did good or bad, your mentor was always there to help.

      Cons

      Once I decided I wasn't going to return the following year, they ignored me and treated me poorly. They also gave some of my jobs away to other franchisees and didn't pay me for setting up the job.

      - This is often seen as a great opportunity during school years, but it is a large learning curve and time commitment to get the business started. Time budgets were critical for success - Often battling reviews - easily won over if you show the potential customer that they need to see and trust you as your own franchisee, not the reviews of other franchisees. - Royalty was significant early on.
