Pros

Employees are very friendly and always willing to point you in the right direction when you need help. The work is very flexible, so even if it can be a lot sometimes, you can always request additional time to complete tasks.

Cons

Because it's still a new company, things change pretty quickly (e.g. new managers and policies), which can be sometimes confusing. If you constantly check your email and check-in with your managers, then it's easier to stay on top of everything.

Pros

Working freelance with CollegeAdvisor.com has been one of the most rewarding roles I've had outside of my full-time job. My passion for advising high school students through the college application process is truly fulfilling, especially when helping them navigate such an important milestone for the first time. As an Admissions Officer at CollegeAdvisor.com, I have access to an abundance of resources and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals, each bringing a unique perspective. This collective expertise enables us to offer the highest level of support to our students. We provide personalized, insightful advice that helps them succeed in their college applications. If I had a son or daughter applying to college, I wouldn't hesitate to turn to CollegeAdvisor.com. With the depth of experience and resources at our disposal, I know they would be in excellent hands every step of the way.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any major drawbacks, aside from the fact that some students are more challenging than others, which is completely expected. Each student progresses at their own pace, and it may take more time for some to fully develop their skills and confidence. However, this is all part of the process, and it's rewarding to see them grow over time.
