      Pros

      I'm absolutely loving my time as an HR intern at CollegeDekho! The team I work with is truly amazing. Each and every one of my co-employees is friendly, sweet, and incredibly supportive. From day one, I've felt welcomed and valued, and the experience has been nothing short of beautiful. What's more, the workload is perfectly manageable, allowing me to focus on learning and growing without any undue stress. I'm genuinely excited to see what the rest of my internship has in store. If you're considering an internship at CollegeDekho, I highly recommend it - you won't regret it!

      I personally feel that the company and the team have done an excellent job of supporting me and I didn't encounter any major challenges.

      Weekends are off usually but depends in season too

      Cons

      Management is not at all employee friendly. They can do random stuff lime changing policies suddenly and then not even giving salaries on time. Even FnFs are not cleared within the due dates.

      The Team that I was in and built was very supportive and professional.

      Cons

      Overall there was a hire and fire annual cycle. In the end months (Feb-May 2026) the fiasco began, massive downsizing, funds crunch, salaries cut and a very negative sentiment. I learned a lot here an made really good long term connections an clients, but Alas the company wasn't that good. DO NOT JOIN CD, there are better orgs.
