Pros
CollegeSource cares about every employee, and that kind and generous attitude comes from the very top. We have an amazing CEO, President, and senior management team. Since the company was founded in 1971 it has evolved along with the changing technology and there are many, many employees who have worked here for 10+, 20+, 30+ years. But there is still room for new people and new ideas, and size and culture of this company makes it more like a family. There's a reason people don't leave!

There are two office locations (San Diego, CA and Cincinnati, OH) and sometimes with the time difference it's hard to collaborate.
