Pros
The curriculum is given to you in a book. You just have to spend about 30 min-1hour planning each actual lesson. My site coordinator was very helpful by email. He was friendly and approachable. Working with the kids is very satisfying.
Cons
I wish my site coordinator was actually on site more often so I could talk with him/her more. Also, the training sessions feel like they last forever, but you will learn a couple of things that are necessary for doing the job.
