Pros
You'd get fake and free pictures. Free chai- good part of the job. Air Conditioning but there is electricity cut once a week.
Cons
They are clearly doing network marketing through interns which is giving them target to increase social media followers and put on fake google reviews and make them look real. You may spend 300INR everyday on convenience but they won't provide you any reimbursement against that as promised during interviews. They promise letter of recommendation during work period but I haven't received it till date. You will be asked to put up a social media story/post promoting their brand every single day. Founder and managers are nothing but gossip machines and won't respect human rights let alone the female gender. I was asked to put up a glassdoor review. I was asked to make fake ids to put google reviews. I was asked to sell their membership program despite being social media marketing intern. I was charged 399 as membership fees despite being selected through Internshala. There is zero professionalism. Interns' personal traumas are matter of entertainment for the managers and the boss. It is an emotionally exhausting place with negative and manipulative energy. It was told to me that their social media presence is everything which basically attracts other people to work here, so that should be up to the mark always even though it might be scripted in some places. My learning outcome:- calling people from my personal number to convince them to buy company's product(number was leaked this way) but I did learn how to handle rejection, drafting google as well as quora and other reviews so that people can copy paste it, bringing in 80+ Instagram followers, pitching in sales work.
