Good pay, flexible hours, good experience

The worst managerial experience of my entire life. The person directly supervising me (JO) was incredibly mean—just so, so nasty to a college student trying my best. The means of claiming jobs was messy and could lead to inadequate hours or pay. The management beyond my director supervisor was incompetent and non-transparent. I couldn't even find an email address for someone to contact with my concerns. I also felt like some of what they would ask us to do was borderline unethical, like helping non-native English speakers fix their grammar so it would appear as though they could write in fluent English.
