Pros

Great working environment with a brilliant team! The craftsmanship and techniques within the Design Studio, Workshop and Foundry are very impressive - I love working in the interior industry. The company are always looking at developing and improving their processes Good company benefits inc discounted gym membership, retail discounts and cashback, telephone/online GP, PLUS monthly staff events organised by the Social Commitee (i.e. pizza Fridays, activities, quizzes and pub nights!) Whether I am in the office, workshop or in the showrooms, there's always a positive and friendly atmosphere, which I feel is always important when you spend most of your time at work!

Cons

Hard to pinpoint a con, but perhaps the communal areas (kitchen etc) could be improved - but I know they are working on this.
