Pros

Great client profolio to help accelerate experience on challenging projects.

Cons

After the acquisition of Collier, the company's drives and incentives significantly changed since the days of Maser. Benefits, bonuses, compensation, and work culture took a significant dive. Although there are some talented and great people to work with, the overall work culture has been tarnished. Between high demanding projects, work/life unbalancement, reduce bonuses, unclear guidance from management, lack of support from team member or understaffed groups creates a very unsustainable direction for employees.

Pros

-Covers professional exam costs UP-FRONT + completion bonus! -Corporate perks / initiatives are plentiful -Frequent lunch & learn seminars -Solid office culture / humor / team rapport

Cons

-Impactful projects are much fewer than 'bread & butter' projects -Commercial program work can pigeon-hole junior staff / limit skill-building -Inconsistent staffing (hurry up & wait) & management style between PMs -Growth from acquisitions prioritized over efficiency / streamlining of existing and new company knowledge & standards -Corporate bureaucratic processes can be frustrating
