Pros
There is plenty of work for those of us who are left.
Cons
Those who can leave are doing so as quickly as possible and management is not replacing them. There are few new hires due to stingy salary offers. Good workers, even a director, have been fired without justification. Everyone else is stuck doing more with less. Moral is in the gutter. Layoffs are looming. The building is nearly empty for a reason - the business is shrinking and our parent company is preparing to divest.
