Pros

Flexible hybrid schedule 401 k benefits

Cons

As a recent graduate, this company can provide a valuable learning experience, but it’s not conducive to long-term growth. The pervasive issue of understaffing and low pay across departments persists, leading to an unsustainable workload for employees. Additionally, rather than addressing these problems, the company often resorts to pulling employees from different departments, further burdening them with additional responsibilities under the guise of ‘cross training.’ Moreover, the management lacks adequate training to lead and support their teams, contributing to a disorganized work environment. From poor compensation packages to inexperienced leadership, it’s evident that this company doesn’t prioritize the well-being and growth of its employees.

Cons

Leadership lacks credibility. They accidentally allowed it to slip that they encourage US attrition - actively replacing workforce with cheaper labor based in India. I can't confirm first-hand the other reviews charging racism, but it comes as no surprise at all. Management is shamefully deceitful from the VPs up through COO and has grown aggressively greedy during the BlackRock acquisition. Rampant favoritism abounds.
