Limited marketing platform, NO LO access to create and have to rely on the marketing department which takes a few days! LONG RAMP UP TIME! IT is an absolute night mare, left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing! It took over a month to gain access to have my email on my phone, which in my opinion is a priority need when your out of the office. OUTDATED technology, Painful to get a loans closed. The entirely the wrong attitude in company culture. It should be about getting the customers loan closed and providing the best and fastest process for our agents and customers, but seems to be more about if the underwriter or closer likes you as to how they help you! I've never seen anything like this! LO Comp is more than half of what is currently out there in the market!
