Pros
Many years ago it wasn't like it is now.
Cons
The more capable and reliable you are the more they will overload you until you break. The people who work here are miserable. Everyone is replaceable, yet somehow upper management gets away with immoral and despicable behavior. They have a "discretionary" 401k contribution - which means none for non-executives. Very often they won't replace positions & will dump the work on ONE person (until that person also leaves). Salary is below average when you account for the large volume of overtime. Upper management has no idea what is happening in their department and do not care. The same people leave the same positions in short time because of the same problems and complain about the same people. Some people can't keep their supporting staff (for multiple positions) for even a year. Many people have quit after less than a week in multiple departments. Upper level employees pass their work on to subordinates and take all credit and disseminate any blame.
