Pros
company is expanding and growing.. but because they're buying other businesses and not really growing current branches
Cons
Oper-compensate only outside salesmen, when it's the inside guys who are sacrificing work-life balance and making everything happen for them. When its time for "profit sharing" all your hardworking employees get a couple hundred bucks and the salesmen get even more. its a joke. no respect for warehouse personnel, drivers, other departments. working hard does get you a pat on the back, but doesn't pad your wallet whatsoever.
