      Great hard working co-workers (however many no longer there)

      *No WFH/ flexibility/ unnecessary long hours *No transparency: Poor communication within the company *No direction/ vision: Management change their mind all the time; the leader goes back on his words, lacks experience *No employee appreciation: Hire fast, Fire fast *No office culture

      Pros

      You definitely have opportunities to take on new tasks and work on projects as long as they align with the bigger goals of your team and the company and you understand and can explain the benefits. The coworkers are fantastic and its overall a fun place to work. You definitely need to be a self starter to thrive here.

      Cons

      Sometimes goals aren't fully clear from the start, you have to be ready to adapt to sudden changes.
