Nice company and office with flexible work arrangements

Occasional lack in clarity/direction from senior leadership due to change

Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
