      -quotas becoming unrealistic -Need large wins to attain goals -lots of stakeholders need to be in sync to close even small deals

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
