      Pros

      Supervisors truly care about their employees. They continue to advocate on their behalf and will also jump in on the phones when needed. Continuously, changing up workflow to find the best and most productive methods.

      Cons

      Sometimes it’s difficult to work with other departments due to phone and aux code involvement.

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
