      Great values and misson. Fabulous and passionate colleagues, great work-life balance (most of the time). Decent pay.

      Cons

      Shortsighted when it comes to innovation. Current management is becoming more distant and full of corporate bs-language.

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
