      Bonuses are achievable Great team of people Decent pay Lots of rewards and benefits

      Cons

      Customers can be really rude and entitled If a customer becomes aggressive they get 3 chances before you can terminate the call, which is ridiculous.

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
