Toxic culture throughout this org, and it starts at the senior leadership. They treat their employees like dirt, a mere means to their ends. Independent thought and suggestions are quickly shot down, and instead there is micromanagement and brutal nitpicking of every task. No true leaders.
Company hasn't grown in 10 years for a reason, while competitors blow by.
