Always fast. Always something to do. Meet and help a lot of people. Great management.
Cons
Pay is just not there for the amount of work and hectic times on the job. No benefits.

Pros
you get to be on camera the entire time you are in the building, unless you go to the bathroom. Granted it's only the owner watching you on his phone or PC, but you'll be a star.
Cons
No benefits, abusive culture, unethical practices, and a dangerous job (violence and death threats when making home visits to customers). The owner is an ex CEO of fortune 500 companies and you will be treated as poorly as he treated upper level administrators in those companies. You have never felt this kind of pressure. I assure you. Also, you will generally work over 50 hours a week or more, and have very little social life.
