I loved my time at the convention center. The sales and marketing team was a family to me and I worked with such talented people. I couldn't have enjoyed my experience more.

Working from home once a week should be considered for those who could as the times have started to shift to a more flexible work from home environment. Also, the growth and development really slows down after you hit a 5-year mark. It's up to you to find opportunities to learn as the company will continue to put time and resources into long time employees going to the same events every year rather than invest into its younger employees.
