      Pros

      The opportunity for the party chair to leave exists every 2 years.

      Cons

      Management has no clue how its employees do their jobs. Micromanaging is rampant. Employees are shown no respect either in the office or out. Pay and benefits are abysmal. There are only downsides to this job as opportunities to advance are nonexistent.

      That I had to leave. I loved every minute of it.
